The Lali-ho Lolligaggers is an FC that was formed in August of 2019. Started by a group of IRL friends, it was later expanded to open its doors to new and veteran players alike.While our focus is helping new players find their way around Eorzea, we are also seeking to get teams put together for endgame raiding/savage/ultimates.

Schedule Expectations

Some of us can be on the game for hours weeks at a time, while others may play in shorter bursts throughout the week. We all play the game for different reasons to escape the real world, relax, or just have fun.Most of us are adults with jobs, so the expectation is not that someone has to be on every day to stay in the FC or be considered "active."We welcome a lot of different lifestyles to the group and want to help you, but understand if the hours you can play don't always sync up with when the rest of us are on!We're very chill about schedules and content running. 🙂

We want to create a fun laid back environment in the game while also making sure people know they can engage in the more hardcore/difficult side of the game.We are a rather chill Free Company, so let's try to keep things as positive as possible! OVERVIEW

We love to relax and have a good time, but we do have to make sure we outline some rules to keep this a positive and enjoyable environment for everyone in the FC.As a whole, we are a rather chill Free Company, so let's try to keep things as positive as possible! That said, our community, as a whole, is a mature one, so expect mature language to be used.We ask and presume that all of our members are over the age of 18. While we support children under 18 playing the game, we strive to have a community where adult players can relax and feel comfortable talking with each other.We provide a Discord server for our members to use as they see fit. However, the use of voice chat is not and will never be a requirement for general FC events. While we encourage everyone to use voice chat whenever they want, there are many situations where members may not be able to use voice chat and we ask that all of our members respect that and use text chat as well.

By joining us you agree (at least in some part) to the rules below:1. If you ever have an issue with something regarding the Free Company or another member please take it up with an Leader/Officer. If that issue is with a leader/officer please let us know as well.2. Breaks are welcome/expected! If you plan on taking a extended break from FFXIV (IE: cancel your sub for 30+ days) please tell a Leader/Officer or make a general statement, if you want, within the discord. Players that are away for more then 45 days will be kicked if we never hear back from you.3. Respect each others' capacity to learn and be constructive - that is how we grow as players. Some people will learn by reviewing footage, some by reading forums, some by actually experiencing the encounter firsthand, and some are a mix of multiple categories.4. No Spoilers! This goes without saying, but... No spoilers outside of the spoilers channel! We have an FFXIV-dedicated spoilers channel for MSQ discussion, and more channels can be added later, depending on if they're needed for other games. But seriously, please NO SPOILERS!5. Please inform ALL participants in Discord and/or party chat that you wish to live stream or record the event. If anyone objects, please respect that decision and refrain from stream and/or record.6. Joking is welcome, but if someone asks you to stop or says you've made them uncomfortable, please stop at that time. At the same time if you feel uncomfortable but don't want to address it with the group, reach out to anyone in the leadership team, and we will handle the issue.7. Being playful in public chat is perfectly acceptable, but remember that when you wear the tag you are representing the guild. Particularly inappropriate conduct in public chat that reflect poorly on the Free Company will not be tolerated.8. Racism, abuse, bullying, continuous offensive remarks, ganging up or any sort of misconduct towards fellow FC mates will not be tolerated and could result in removal from the FC.9. We have a zero tolerance policy. If you must have a heated discussion with someone take it to "/tell" or a private discord call. Don't do it in Linkshell, Free Company chat, or a public channel. Members who are continually causing extreme problems or refusing to work things out, just to make things worse, will be removed if not able to resolve the conflict and move past what caused the issue.10. Don’t engage in any illegal activity/RMT actions in the game.11. Any members who leave the guild, or are removed, will be automatically removed from the Discord server as well.12. Leadership decisions are (usually) final. We will always explain our decisions and give context, but please respect our decisions.13. You can only advertise/stream your content in the recommended channels. If you have any questions which channels to post your content feel free to ask!14. If you feel a screenshot/piece of media will have spoiler content, or NSFW content, please mark it accordingly and/or use Discord's spoiler filter.15. Reach out to leadership if you desire to host an event or anything in the FC. Leadership will help accomdate and/or possibly help fund/setup the event.
